George Rizopulos Partner
George is a Senior Consultant at Asteri International, focusing on Sales effectiveness, Business Development, and Organizational efficiency. He also assist companies who want to enter the Canadian market.
George has over 20 years of international B2B sales experience in management positions from IT, Telecom, financial services, transport, and mining. In addition to this, he has 10+ years of experience as a senior management consultant focusing on B2B sales and leadership development, both at Asteri International and working with the world's leading research companies on Commercial Excellence.
George speaks 6 languages, has lived, and worked in 5 different countries. He has significant experience in change management, organizational and leadership development. He has developed organizations and managed cross-functional sales teams. George has designed and implemented strategies, tools & methods, processes, and performance management structures.
He has also conducted B2B sales and leadership training in 40 countries around the world for large global enterprises in English, Swedish, Spanish, and Portuguese.
LIliana Rizopulos Partner
Liliana is our Financing Expert and is responsible for Asteri’s financial services portfolio. Liliana Rizopulos is also the owner and President of Liquid Capital Financial Services, providing working capital solutions to small and medium-sized companies.
Liliana is also a certified Life Coach and helps entrepreneurs and individuals overcome internal struggles preventing them from reaching their full potential.
With over 20 years of international experience in the financing field, she has the expertise to help companies find the best solutions that allow companies to grow and prosper.
Liliana has extensive experience in providing financing solutions globally and to a wide range of industries, including transportation, telecommunications, mining, and professional services. Before joining Liquid Capital, she was a trusted advisor in international trade and finance at the Swedish Export Credit Agency. She has also worked with different multinational and financial institutions in The United States, Europe, and Latin America, offering financial solutions and helping her clients succeed.
Liliana holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and has a BSc in Finance and International Relations. She speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and Swedish, and has lived in six different countries. She has a passion for entrepreneurship and champions women entrepreneurs through the different organizations she belongs to.
